Digital Marketing and Content Creator

Location: Adelaide (studio-based with potential WFH flexibility)

Contract Terms: Ongoing contract, Full-time/Part-time (negotiable)

Salary range: $70 - $100 FTE plus superannuation

We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketing and content specialist to lead the charge across ads, content, email and ecommerce at Frock Me Out – a growing values-driven Australian fashion label with a devoted following.

About us:

Frock Me Out is a growing, Australian clothing brand known for its unique prints, universally flattering silhouettes and vintage inspired aesthetic. 

We design our styles and prints from our Adelaide studio and collaborate with talented artists and surface designers from around the globe, to bring together unique collections of clothing designed with comfort, longevity and sustainability in mind.

We’re on the lookout for a hands on digital marketing and content specialist to lead the charge across ads, emails, content, and website—someone who’s creative, strategic and proactive, and ready to help us grow.

 

The Role:

This is a dynamic in-house role where you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing, and content across multiple platforms.  From crafting scroll stopping content and compelling email campaigns to optimising campaigns across Meta and Google, you will be at the heart of how we show up online and connect with our community.

You’ll work closely with our creative team on photoshoots, short-form video and product launches, bringing ideas to life from concept through to execution. Your ability to blend creativity with data driven strategy will play a key role in growing our brand, deepening customer engagement and driving results.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest &(potentially) TikTok 
  • Design and send engaging email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo 
  • Assist with photoshoots and create short-form video content for social media organic and paid content
  • Write and update website copy—homepages, collection pages, product descriptions, blog and landing pages 
  • Manage and improve SEO across our website
  • Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns 
  • Monitor performance and adapt based on insights from Meta, Google Analytics and Klaviyo)
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform updates

Key experience and skills required:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or content creation (experience in fashion is a plus) 
  • An eye for brand storytelling, design and visuals 
  • Proven experience with Meta and Google Ads 
  • Strong copywriting skills across web, email, and socials 
  • Confidence using Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva (or Adobe Suite), and short-form video tools 
  • Organised, self-motivated, and great at managing your time and tasks
