Grab a flexible measuring tape. Stand straight but relaxed — no sucking in or puffing out.
Measure your bust.
Wear your usual bra.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it horizontal and snug but not tight.
Measure your waist.
Find your natural waist — the narrowest part, usually two fingers below where your rib cage ends.
Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably firm.
Measure your hips.
Stand with feet together.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and bottom.
This spot can vary depending on your body shape.
Compare your measurements to 'Staff & Friends Measurements and Sizes'
If your measurements are similar to one or two of these this is often the best guide.

We want you to be happy with your new FMO piece! If something isn’t right you have 12 days from the day you receive your parcel to get it in the post to return it to us for an exchange, credit or refund.
IT'S SO EASY TO RETURN!
For your convenience, you can lodge your return or exchange with us online via our RETURNS PORTAL.
Our postage bags are designed to be reused. Print your post label and stick it onto the same FMO postage bag that the item came in (make the original postage label is covered!) and drop it in your nearest post box or post office.
No printer at home? Easy - just email the label to your local post office (or show them the email on your phone) and they will print it for you there.
When you are ready head to the RETURNS PORTAL which will take you through the process of requesting your exchange, credit or refund. You just need your order number and the email address you used for the order. VISIT OUR RETURNS PORTAL HERE.
RETURNS POLICY
All returned items must be posted back to us within 12 days from the date you received in original condition (unworn and unwashed).
Full priced items (including pre-orders) are eligible for exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 12 days unwashed and unworn. This includes full priced items purchased using the 10% first order sign up discount.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or credit only (ie no refund). This includes full priced-items purchased during a short term promotion eg. end of season or Boxing Day sale. The credit note for a returned item must be used within 12 months of issue.
Afterpay items The same rules as above apply for Afterpay purchases however, they unfortunately cannot be exchanged (instead you can return and then repurchase).
Earrings We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene purposes. All earring sales are final.
