Delivery, Shipping and Returns
Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from FMO and sent by Australia Post.
If you need it in a hurry, please select the Express Post option. Adding a note with your order in this case also helps!
If you would like to pick up your FMO item from our Goodwood studio (89 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood, SA) please use the code PICKUP as a coupon code at check out and write us a note about when you'd like to come in.
There are no refunds available on pre-ordered items, however they may be exchanged for another item.
Returning items that don't fit or suit
We want you to be happy with your new FMO piece! For full price online orders we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days. For SALE items, we offer an exchange only - no refunds. This includes items purchased during short term promotions such as 20% off.
The item must be posted back to us within the 14 days (from the date that your order was posted from FMO) in as-new unworn condition to guarantee your refund or exchange. If you are exchanging an item, the postage fees will be at your own cost.

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE EITHER A NOTE OR A COPY OF YOUR EMAIL DETAILING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITH YOUR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER.
We provide return or exchange on swimwear strictly within 7 days of receipt as long as the swimwear has not been worn and has been tried on with underwear only. If you wish to return swimwear please email us with your order details and tracking number of shipment strictly within the 7 day time period from when you receive your goods.
FMO can ship worldwide. Excess charges may apply in addition to standard shipping costs if you are outside Australia, or require express post delivery.
