Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from FMO and sent by Australia Post.
If you need it in a hurry, please select the Express Post option and add a note to your order for us please.
If you would like to pick up your FMO item from our Goodwood studio (89 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood, SA) please use the code PICKUP as a coupon code at check out (so that our website doesn't charge you a postage fee) and let us know when you'd like to come in.
FMO ships worldwide! Note that excess charges may apply in addition to standard shipping costs if you are outside Australia, or require Express post. International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.
We want you to be happy with your new FMO piece! If something isn’t right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return it to us and we cover the return postage fee - alright!
For exchanges, we cover the postage fee of the item being returned for exchange, but not the second item that is being posted back out to you.
Full priced items
If it doesn’t fit or suit you, we offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Sale & promotional items
We offer an exchange or credit only on sale items - no refunds. This includes items purchased during short term promotions such as 20% off.
Can be returned for a refund if full price, or a credit if on sale. Afterpay purchases cannot be exchanged (instead you can return and then repurchase).
There are no refunds available on pre-ordered items, however they may be exchanged for another item. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed.
We provide return or exchange on swimwear only if it has not been worn and has been tried on with underwear.
All returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days unworn, unwashed and unused.
FREE RETURNS PROCESS
1. Email email@example.com with your name, order number and the reason for returning/exchanging ASAP.
2. We will send you a link to print your FREE returns label to stick on your parcel. You can re-use your FMO bag.
3. Drop it off in a red post box or at any post office. Note that Frock Me Out cannot be responsible for lost items being returned using this service. If lodged at a post office you will receive a receipt for proof of lodgement that can be used if the item is lost or delayed.
4. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will arrange your exchange or refund or credit note ASAP.
