Delivery, Shipping and Returns - Frock Me Out

We offer Australia-wide free shipping and free returns for orders over $100.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from FMO and sent by Australia Post.

If you need it in a hurry, please select the Express Post option and add a note to your order to help flag it for us.

If you would like to pick up your FMO item from our Goodwood studio (89 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood, SA) please select the PICK UP option instead of SHIP at the check out and collect your parcel during store opening hours.  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

FMO ships worldwide!  Note that excess charges may apply in addition to standard shipping costs if you are outside Australia, or require Express post.  International shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination.  The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.


We want you to be happy with your new FMO piece!  If something isn’t right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return it to us*.  For orders within Australia and over $100, we cover the return postage fee. 

For exchanges, we cover the postage fee of the item being returned for exchange, but not the second item that is being posted back out to you.

*We do not accept returns of earrings for hygiene purposes.  All earrings sales are final.


All returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days unworn, unwashed and unused.

For full priced items (including pre-orders) if you're not happy we offer an exchange or a full refund provided the item is returned within 14 days unwashed and unworn.

For items on sale (including full priced items purchased during a short term promotion eg 20% off end of season or Boxing Day sale) we offer an exchange or credit only (ie no refund).  

NOTE: Items that have been purchased with our one time first customer sign up offer at 10% off are considered full priced items for the purposes of returns and will be refunded if required.

Afterpay items
The same rules as above apply for Afterpay purchases however they cannot be exchanged (instead you can return and then repurchase). 

We provide return or exchange on swimwear only if it has not been worn and has been tried on with underwear.  

1. Email with your name, order number and the reason for returning/exchanging ASAP.

2. We will send you a link to print your FREE returns label to stick on your parcel. You can re-use your FMO bag.

3. Drop it off in a red post box or at any post office. Note that Frock Me Out cannot be responsible for lost items being returned using this service.  If lodged at a post office you will receive a receipt for proof of lodgement that can be used if the item is lost or delayed.  

4. Once we receive your returned parcel, we will arrange your exchange or refund or credit note ASAP.
