Frock Me Out Customer Survey Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions
- Promoter. The promoter is Frock Me Out Pty Ltd, ABN 50613336477, 89 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood, South Australia ("Frock Me Out", "we", "us").
- Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Frock Me Out and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Promotion period. The promotion opens at 10 am Adelaide time on Tuesday 29 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Adelaide time on Saturday 10 October 2026. Entries received after the close are not eligible.
- How to enter. To enter, complete the Frock Me Out customer survey in full within the promotion period and provide a valid name and email address. No purchase is necessary. Each person may enter once, and multiple submissions from the same person count as one entry.
- Prize. There is one prize: a $1,000 Frock Me Out gift voucher/store credit, redeemable online at www.frockmeout.com.au and in store at our Goodwood Shop. The total prize value is $1,000 (incl. GST). The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, or for the purchase of gift vouchers and it is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any balance left after a purchase remains available until the expiry date.
- Draw. The winner will be drawn at random by electronic random selection at 10am ACDT on Monday 12 October 2026 at 89 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood 5034.
- Notification. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state may be published on Frock Me Out's website and social channels.
- Unclaimed prize. If the winner hasn't responded by 26 October 2026, the prize will be redrawn at 10am October ACDT on 27 October at the same location, and the new winner will be notified by email.
- Survey responses. Your survey answers will be used to inform Frock Me Out's brand and business planning. Answers may be shared internally or reported in anonymised, aggregated form. Your answers do not affect your chance of winning.
- Privacy. Personal information collected is used to run this promotion, contact the winner and, if you've already subscribed, continue sending you Frock Me Out communications. It is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
- General. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons beyond our control, Frock Me Out may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Frock Me Out's decision on the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
