- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it horizontal and snug but not tight.
- Measure your waist.
- Find your natural waist — the narrowest part, usually two fingers below where your rib cage ends.
- Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably firm.
- Measure your hips.
- Stand with feet together.
- Measure around the widest point of your hips and bottom.

FABRIC CARE
All Frock Me Out items are ethically made using natural (and recycled where possible) fabrics and blends. Everything is made to love and last and with proper care will provide many years of enjoyment.
Generally, items should be washed separately (ideally turned inside-out) by hand or gentle machine wash using cold water (note that a 30 degree setting is not considered cold - the setting must be on cold), dried flat in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Denim
Dark denim colours are designed to fade over time and may transfer - particularly when new. Take care when coming into contact with lighter coloured clothing, accessories and upholstery. Always wash separately.
Cotton Jersey or Cotton Terry
Our Tees and Windcheaters are made from 100% cotton knits that can shrink up a little over time - losing a small amount of length. To avoid this garments can be reshaped while wet - gently pull the garment length-wise and lie flat to dry.
Items made from Tencel, Viscose Crepe and Rayon will shrink temporarily when washed. A hot steamy iron or steam will bring the item back to size.
Knits and scarves
Pilling is the formation of small balls on the surface of a fabric or knit and is a normal occurrence. It generally occurs due to friction or rubbing and therefore can happen over time during washing, under the arms or where handbag straps rub etc. Pilling is not a sign of bad quality.
To avoid pulls, take care with jewellery, handbag straps or any rough or sharp item that can come in contact with clothing.
